At Happy Tails, I’ve built my business around providing personal, reliable and genuinely caring pet care. Every animal is different, which is why I take the time to understand their personality, routine and individual needs.

🎓 Qualified & experienced – I have qualifications in Animal Care, Animal Management & Welfare and Wildlife Conservation, alongside hands-on experience caring for animals of all shapes, sizes and personalities.

🛡️ Fully insured & DBS checked – Giving you extra peace of mind when trusting me with your pets and your home.

🐕 Experience with more than just the “easy” dogs – I’m comfortable working with large breeds, strong dogs, nervous dogs, reactive dogs, puppies and older pets that may need a little more patience and understanding.

❤️ Your pet is treated as an individual – I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. If your dog needs a slower introduction, extra reassurance or time to build trust, that’s absolutely fine.

📸 Regular updates – I know how difficult it can be leaving your pets, so I provide photo and video updates so you can see how they’re getting on.

🏡 Care in familiar surroundings – Pet sitting and drop-in services allow your pets to remain comfortable in their own home and stick as closely as possible to their normal routine.

🐾 More than dog walking – Happy Tails can help with dog walking, pet sitting, daytime care, puppy visits, drop-ins, cats, small animals and more.

🤝 A personal service – Happy Tails is my own business, so you’re dealing directly with the person who will actually be caring for your pet. I want to build long-term relationships with both pets and their owners.

And one of the things I’m most proud of is seeing animals grow in confidence and trust. There is nothing better than seeing a nervous or unsure dog begin to relax, enjoy their walks and build a genuine bond with me. 🥰

I may not always be the cheapest option — but my prices reflect the time, responsibility, experience, insurance and level of care that goes into looking after every animal entrusted to me.
