Another very hot day. I’ve cancelled all my walks today. Please be mindful of the heat and being outside walking in extremely hot temperatures. Dogs can’t regulate the heat the same way we can. And heatstroke in dogs could be fatal.

Morning, I’m cancelling all my walks today. As much as I love this weather, dogs do not, and the threat of heatstroke for dogs is too high and I’m not taking that risk. It’s set to be hotter than yesterday. If you have daycare booked or dogs boarding with me, we will be spending the day either in the paddling pool in the shade or inside with the air conditioning on, playing games. Nothing outside will be over exerting the dogs, it’s just too hot.
