ποΈ WE HAVE THE FUNDS, NOW WE NEED THE SPACE! π‘
Over the past year, our incredible community has helped us raise the money needed to build a brand-new aviary for our disabled rescue pigeons.
Now, Lucky Wing Rescue is looking for the final, most important piece of the puzzle: Land or garden space! π³
We are searching for kind-hearted animal lovers who have some outdoor space and are willing to host and help care for a flock of disabled pigeons. This must be within Scotland or very north England. Ideally around the central belt of Scotland to make transport and logistics easier π΄σ §σ ’σ ³σ £σ ΄σ Ώ
Here is what you need to know:
π° Fully Funded: We have the money ready to build the aviary.
π€ Full Support: You wonβt be doing this alone! We will provide ongoing support, advice, and guidance. We can also potentially fund food costs for the flock.
ποΈThe Residents: These are disabled pigeons who cannot survive in the wild but can live incredibly happy, fulfilled lives in a safe, protected environment.
πFlexible Setup: We don't just need one massive plot! If multiple people have space for smaller, individual aviaries, that works perfectly for us too.
Whether you have a spacious backyard, a bit of acreage, or a secure plot of land, you could give these vulnerable birds the forever home they deserve.
