Good Morning & Hello September 👋 Can you believe Autumn is fast approaching 😱 Dare I mention the C word?🎅 I won't just yet but I wanted to let you all know that December bookings are being taken & the week of 🎅 is filling up 👍 But now back to Autumn👍 Here's the last remaining appointments left for September 🐶

Good Morning to you all & Happy Bank Holiday 🎉 I hope you have all had a lovely weekend 😁 I am spending some of my day getting organised with the diary & I will post availability for September shortly 🐶 But first I wanted to share these kind words off a client ❤️ Trixie has been coming to see me for a few years now & it's always nice to know my clients are happy 🥰

Unfortunately over the past few months I've had a few clients move away 😢 As I've been grooming for so long I've also lost a few to old age too 🌈

A few months ago I was reaching capacity & struggling to except new clients 🐾 I now have a few appointments available in September & October 🐶 If you were thinking of joining the Jago's family please get in touch 😊

Good Monday morning to you all 😁 The sun is shining & we are due for another heatwave 🌞 Thankfully the salon is closed on Wednesday so I'll be enjoying the 28 degrees we are expecting 👍 As the salon is fully air conditioned 🥶 appointments can go ahead as normal 🐶 However just a little reminder not to walk your dog to their grooming appointments 🙏 If your dog is deamed exhausted on arrival I will have to refuse the groom 😔 It's really important to avoid our pups becoming exhausted in this heat 🐩

I have one appointment left in August for this coming Thursday 14th August at 4pm 🐶

Just a quick reminder of the cancellation policy 🐩

Jago's Pet Boutique and Spa kindly requests at least 48 hours notice in the event of a cancellation or rescheduled appointment.
Charges will apply to any appointment cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time.

Appointments cancelled with less then 48 hours notice will be CHARGED 50% of the full groom cost.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours notice will be CHARGED the full groom cost.

Please note my opening times are 9am - 6pm any enquires outside of these hours will be seen to the next day.
