Meet Katie 🐶
Katie came into the practice because her owners noticed she had developed a foul smell coming from her mouth. 🦷 🤢
She was booked in to have a dental procedure where we can examine her whole mouth under a general anaesthetic. While Hati, our nurse, was performing Katie’s scale and polish she found big clumps of hair stuck in the back of Katie’s mouth. Once the first clump was removed it was quickly identified that these clumps were in fact grass seeds. 😱 🌾
In total, over June to August the practice has removed over 30 grass seeds from patients 👍🏻We hope this season of seeds 🌾 is coming to the end 🙏🏻
