Cats can drink sea water.

This is a biological function inherited from their desert dwelling ancestors who adapted to survive extreme water scarcity. Their livers are quite unique and are able to excrete high levels of sodium and concentrate urine effectively.

This special mechanism reduces the risk of dehydration and, as cats primarily meet their fluid needs through their food, allowed them to continue to thrive in the most arduous conditions.

Siberian Forest Cat Rebel was on good form today in Burnley, Lancashire.

Upon arrival we had a meet and greet and then Rebel was a great help setting all the gear up.

We had a look at his armpits and groin for his Hygiene Trim. Then ? It was off to bed for Rebel.

Bailey is 18 and a half years now and he's doing great ! He's living his best life in Darwen, Lancashire.

Today we took Bailey's undercarriage shorter to remove clumps and to make maintenance easier for everyone.

Bailey also had a Hygiene Trim.

A few yoghurts helped Bailey through the Session.

Dalmore is 16 years old now and he hasn't lost his voice !

Today, in Fleetwood, Lancashire we had a tidy up underneath and around his rear whilst a good Brush Out was needed on top.

Always sweet with tons of head bumps ! We've been meeting up with Dalmore for over 13 years so he knows all the moves and shakes.

Caspar, a Siberian Forest Cat in Burnley, Lancashire was on good form today.

In fact, Caspar spent the majority of his Session relaxing and watching the cockerel outside. The cockerel was getting a bit up too close and personal, with his beak up against the glass door watching what was going on.

So, we were watching Caspar, who was watching the cockerel who was watching us !

It was a Lion Clip again today for Persian Azul in Liverpool, Merseyside.

We keep Azul's coat short as she's not keen on being combed and her coat becomes matted.

Mum reports Azul is much happier with a short coat and it gives her the zoomies !
