❓ What do you offer?
✅ Vaccinations, microchipping, and flea and worm treatments.
❓ How do I book an appointment?

❓ Can I book a whole litter in one appointment?
✅ Absolutely! Book your first little one online, then select the option to add another pet. No names yet? Use letters, numbers, or colours to tell them apart. 🐾
❓ Can you do my puppy or kitten’s second vaccine if they had their first at another Jollyes clinic?
✅ Of course! Check their paperwork for the due date, then book the free 2nd Vaccination online. Don’t forget to bring their vaccination paperwork to your appointment!
❓ What if I’m unsure what my pet needs or when they’re due?
✅ Check their vaccination paperwork for guidance, then book online for what you think they need. Bring any relevant paperwork to your appointment, and our vet will help you decide what’s best. You won’t pay until you’ve discussed your pet’s needs with the vet.
❓ Which puppy vaccine do you offer?
✅ We offer the L4 vaccine for the broadest coverage.
❓ Thursday mornings don’t work for me. Are there other options?
✅ No worries! Try our nearby clinics in Waterlooville, Totton, Reading, or Hailsham. Between us, we cover most days of the week.
❓ Do you still offer rabbit vaccinations? They’re not on the website!
✅ We do! 🙈 While the website is being fixed, select cat, enter your details, and book online. Then give us a call in store so we can check vaccine stock and let the vet know you’re coming.
