I could cry. 🥹

I’m honestly so honoured and genuinely can’t believe how this little idea is expanding.

Especially after all the people who told us it wouldn’t work… 😂

We started this as a bit of a laugh, never really knowing where it would go. But here we are, welcoming new customers, filling spaces and slowly building something that people are actually finding useful.

This week alone, we had two new customers come forward, filling two of our Wednesday slots.

And do you know what we did to make that happen?

We put three posts on our page and shared them. That’s it.

So to everyone who saw those posts, shared them, recommended us or simply thought, “Do you know what, I could actually do with some help,” — thank you. ❤️

And a massive thank you to our new customer Auntie Waggies for the lovely review. It genuinely means more than you probably realise.

We think we’ve now got just 3 Wednesday slots left.

Once those are filled, we’ll open another 10 spaces across the areas we cover.

So if you’re finding the garden is getting a bit too much, the dog mess is becoming one more job you really could do without, or you simply need a helping hand…

There’s no judgement, no embarrassment and absolutely no need to explain yourself.

It’s really just a simple home service.

People already have window cleaners, milkmen, wheelie-bin cleaners, house cleaners, carpet cleaners, ironing services, oven cleaners, and that’s before you even get into all the other household subscriptions and regular services people happily pay for every month.

We’re simply an add-on to all of them.

The only difference is that what we do is still relatively unheard of and, let’s be honest, there’s a bit of a taboo around it. Some people feel embarrassed about having someone come into their garden twice a week to pick up their dog’s poo. They might even worry about what the neighbours think or feel a little awkward admitting they use a p**p scoop service.

But when you actually think about it, who genuinely enjoys doing it themselves?

Nobody wakes up thinking, “I can’t wait to go out and pick up dog poo today!” 😂

The truth is, most people would absolutely LOVE to have it done for them. They just haven’t thought of it as a normal household service yet.

And that’s really what we’re selling.

We’re not selling a p**p scoop service. We’re selling time.

Time that people can spend with their family, walking the dog, having a coffee, relaxing in the garden , or simply doing something they actually want to do instead of walking around with a poo bag in their hand.

Once people get past the initial embarrassment, they quickly realise there’s nothing embarrassing about it at all.

People don’t feel embarrassed about having their windows cleaned, their carpets cleaned, their oven cleaned, their bins cleaned or their house cleaned.

So why should this be any different?

You don’t have to tell anyone you use us. You don’t even have to think about it.

We just turn up, do the dirty work, disinfect and deodorise where needed, and leave you with one less job to worry about.

And honestly… once you’ve had someone else do it for you, going back to doing it yourself is probably the hardest part. 😂

Hello, I'm Pete , a local lad. We started up a p**p scoop business for a laugh to see how far it would go, since the wife said it wouldn't work and would be a complete failure!!!

It's been 4 months and we're still alive somehow !!! However we need some more new customers , please drop us a like . Its not a very expensive service to have your own Dog Poo butler , and to make it irresistible we've even gone as far buying a brand new lawn mower with the little bit if profit we made 😀 just so we can offer our customers a free grass cut . We also freshen up artificial grass.

Were proud of what we've achieved so far, this is all for you guys that can't stand picking it up or just can't!!!

💚 A Bittersweet Message from Turd Burglars 💚

Today we'd like to send our heartfelt condolences to one of our wonderful customers, who sadly lost her much-loved dog on Thursday.

It's moments like these that remind us our job is about so much more than keeping gardens clean. We're privileged to be a small part of the lives of so many amazing dogs and their families, and we know just how much love they bring into a home.

We'd also like to thank our customer for her kind words about our service over the time we looked after her garden. While we're saddened that our services are no longer needed, we're truly grateful that she chose Turd Burglars and allowed us to help.
