Yesterday with the gang

Garfield the kitten has continued his mission to keep me entertained
Every visit involves a new game, a new adventure or a new way of causing chaos while somehow still looking adorable!

Unfortunately they had other ideas about having their photos taken and preferred to stay behind the scenes 😂

Rita has been busy carrying out her important duties as Chief Sniff Inspector
Nothing gets past a Basset Hound and every smell must be thoroughly investigated before moving on

Max & Mitzi have enjoyed their walks followed by some well-earned relaxation time afterwards

Harley has been out exploring and enjoying plenty of fresh air, sniffing and fuss along the way

And Molly & Winnie have been keeping things nice and relaxed, enjoying their visits, company and plenty of attention

A lovely mix of cats, dogs and kitten chaos as always 🐾

A special 5-night stay with Odin

Odin has now finished his 5-night stay and I’m incredibly proud of how well he’s done

Odin struggles with separation anxiety and can find changes to his routine and environment quite difficult, so building trust and consistency is really important for him.

Over time we’ve built a lovely bond and seeing him relaxed, comfortable and happy in my company is something I’m really proud of 💚

He’s definitely a complex dog in many ways and likes to keep me on my toes 😅, but once you’ve earned his trust he’s a fantastic boy with so much personality.

One of the things I love most about pet care is being able to support dogs like Odin and provide them with the familiarity, routine and reassurance they need while their owners are away

A tale of two energy levels this week

Garfield the kitten and Bonnie seem to be competing to see who can fit the most energy into the smallest amount of time

Meanwhile Odin was out enjoying his walks, Nellie was taking life at a sensible pace, and Molly & Winnie were enjoying a much more relaxed lifestyle

As always, every pet had their own plans for the day…

Garfield’s plan: cause chaos.
Bonnie’s plan: walk fast.
Odin’s plan: sniff everything.
Nellie’s plan: enjoy the scenery.
Molly & Winnie’s plan: relax and look adorable.

Mission accomplished all round 😂

🐾 Pets this week so far 💚

It’s been another busy week filled with wagging tails, muddy paws, kitten chaos and plenty of sniffing

Garfield the kitten has continued his mission of causing as much mischief as possible in a very small body

Daisy has been enjoying her walks, taking everything in at her own pace and making the most of all the interesting smells along the way

Fin has been out exploring and enjoying plenty of sniffing, treats and fusses

Molly & Winnie have been enjoying their visits, keeping cool and relaxed while still getting plenty of attention

Pippa, Breeze & Boss have been keeping me entertained as always with their spaniel energy 😅 Alongside their visits and walks, I also spent an hour helping out with a house clean

Odin has enjoyed some lovely walks this week, stretching his legs and making the most of being out and about

Rita has continued her important role as Chief Sniff Inspector, making sure every scent is thoroughly investigated before moving on

And Max & Mitzi have enjoyed their walks followed by some company and relaxation time back at home afterwards
