WHO ARE WE?! 👋🏻
I’ve gained a lot of new followers over the last couple of months so I thought I’d introduce myself.
For anyone that doesn’t know, my names Rebecca I was born in York and raised in Castleford. Castleford is home to me, I live here with my Son Charlie, my partner Jonathan and our very large dog Hulk who is Cane Corso cross Staffordshire Bull Terrier he’s currently eight months old and is pushing 27KG 😳
Yorkshire Mobile Pet Care was founded at the end of 2023 previously to this I was working five/six days a week in a variety of veterinary practices up and down the country as a locum working very long hours. I still do locum occasionally but I wanted to be around for Charlie more so I incorporated all my skills and knowledge into one and you know what, it’s been the best decision I ever made opening this small business of mine.
Why? Well, I have so many clients the business is far bigger than I ever imagined it would be but it’s the sense of accomplishment I feel when I see Yorkshire Mobile Pet Care making a such a difference in our community.
I set out to provide an affordable mobile pet service that people of all walks of life could rely on and yes there’s been times where I’ve faced difficult decisions, I’ve needed help but honestly I see the difference this business of mine makes to people and their animals.
I’ve formed friendships I’ll forever be grateful for, the people it’s lead me to the laughs I’ve had the amazing animals I get to see over & over again. I want Yorkshire Mobile Pet Care to be an avenue where people can access a variety of pet care without breaking the bank because that’s what our animals deserve. So, if you’ve been following me from the start stay tuned because I have a big surprise coming in 2027 🐾
Oh & one last thing, last year I won the Animal Star Awards Highly Commended Pet Services of The Year - This year I’m a finalist for Best Pet Related Business of The Year. I’m hoping in a few weeks I can say this little business of mine is multi award winning! How exciting! ✨
