🌈 Run Free, Sweet Fifi 🌈

I’m so sad to hear that sweet Fifi passed away this weekend. 💔

Fifi was such a delight to look after, with her little silent meows and her very friendly leg rubs. Despite being an elderly girl with many health issues, she was always an absolute pleasure to care for and such a lovely little character. 🐾💕

My clients’ animals mean the world to me, and it’s always so hard to say goodbye to one of them.

Run free over the rainbow bridge, beautiful Fifi. 🌈🐾 You were very loved. ❤️

🐾🌿 Yesterday’s Adventures at Kindred Canines! 🌿🐾

Yesterday was another lovely day of happy dogs, exploring and plenty of wagging tails! 🥰🐶

🌳 Walk 1 – Three Very Different Personalities! 🌳

I had a lovely little group of 3 out together, and they were a perfect example of how every dog can enjoy a walk in their own way. ❤️

One stayed close to me for most of the walk, enjoying the adventure at a gentle pace, while another happily explored a little further, having a play here and there and taking everything in.

And then we had our little speedster! 💨 She zoomed and raced around having the time of her life, but regularly checked back in with us before heading off on her next adventure.

Three very different energy levels and personalities, but they all had a wonderful time together! 🐾💕

🌿 Walk 2 – The Full Gang Is Back! 🌿

The girls are finally back from their holidays, which meant the whole group was back together! 🥰

It was so lovely seeing everyone reunited and enjoying their walk together. They spent lots of time exploring and sniffing their way around, investigating all the interesting smells and catching up with each other.

And I managed to capture some gorgeous photos of their very happy faces along the way – although getting photos of a group of excited dogs is always an adventure in itself! 😂📸

It's lovely seeing how well this group knows each other and how naturally they enjoy spending time together. ❤️

🐾🌿 Monday's Adventures at Kindred Canines! 🌿🐾

Today was a lovely day of exploring, zoomies and happy, tired pups! 🥰🐶

🌳 Walk 1 – The Little Gang 🌳

I had 5 littlies out together, and this group really do have the best time together! ❤️

Four of them spent the whole walk zooming around, exploring and playing with each other, making the absolute most of their time out in one of our favourite spots. By the time we got back to the car, they were all happily tired and content after a brilliant adventure! 🐾💨

One of my boys stayed closer to me on lead today, as his hearing isn't quite as good as it used to be. Keeping him close means I can make sure he's safe while still allowing him to enjoy the sights, smells and excitement of the walk at his own pace. ❤️

It's so important to me that every dog gets to enjoy their walks in a way that's right for them, whether that's racing around with their friends or staying close for a quieter adventure. 🥰

🌾 Walk 2 – The Lone Explorer 🌾

Then it was time for my lone boy to head out on his own adventure!

He's having an absolute blast exploring the countryside with me twice a week, and it's lovely seeing how much he enjoys having all that space to investigate, sniff and explore. 🐶🌿

Two very different walks today, but both filled with happy dogs enjoying their adventures in their own individual ways. 💕🐾

🐾🌿 Yesterday’s Adventures at Kindred Canines! 🌿🐾

Yesterday was another lovely, busy day filled with happy dogs, plenty of cuddles and a very sweet feline visitor too! 🐶🐱💕

🐱 A little cat care! 🐱

For the last week, I’ve been visiting a lovely older lady twice a day while her parents are away. She is such a sweet girl, and I’ve been making sure she has everything she needs – her medication, food and fresh water, as well as keeping the house clean and tidy for her.

It’s always a privilege looking after older pets, making sure they can stay comfortable and settled in their own home while their humans are away. ❤️

🐾 Walk 1 – The Regular Gang 🐾

My lovely group of 5 were first out! They all know each other so well now, and it really shows in the way they interact.

They each explore and play at their own pace, but regularly check in with one another to socialise before heading off on their next little adventure. It's such a lovely, settled group dynamic! 🥰

🌳 Walk 2 – Brother & Sister 🌳

Next up were my regular brother and sister duo. They have a slightly more chilled pace than some of my other groups, but that certainly doesn't mean they enjoy their walks any less!

They took their time exploring, sniffing and enjoying their surroundings together – proving that adventures don't have to be fast-paced to be fun. ❤️🐾

💨 Walk 3 – My New Boy! 💨

My newer boy has now been coming out with me for around 3 weeks, and I’m so pleased with how well he is doing!

His recall is absolutely brilliant, and he LOVES zooming around the rural walks we go on. It's been lovely watching our bond grow and seeing his confidence develop as he gets to know me and our adventures together. 🥰🐶

🏡 A Little House Visit 🏡

I also popped in to see one of my regular walking clients. She's an older lady who doesn't need a big adventure anymore, so we went for a short gentle walk to stretch her legs without doing too much.

Once we got home, there were plenty of cuddles and I gave her some dinner before heading off. ❤️

Another day of caring for dogs and cats in all the different ways they need – from zoomies and adventures to medication, gentle walks and lots of cuddles. That's what makes every day at Kindred Canines so special. 🐾💕

🌿🐾 Today’s Kindred Canines Adventures! 🐾🌿

Another beautiful morning of sunshine, exploring and very happy dogs! ☀️🐶

🌳 Walk 1 – A Little Bit of Everything! 🌳

I had a lovely energetic group of 5 this morning, and we headed to one of our regular favourite spots. With the sun shining brightly, it was important to have plenty of options for keeping cool, so we made good use of the shady woodland whenever things started getting a little warm. 🌲☀️

This group has such a lovely mix of personalities! We have some energetic, playful characters who love to get stuck into their adventures, alongside a couple of cuddly pooches who stay on lead and close to me for health reasons. ❤️

They all enjoyed being out together, exploring their surroundings and taking everything in at their own pace. It's one of the things I love most about group walks – making sure every dog can enjoy their adventure in a way that works for them. 🥰🐾

💦 Walk 2 – A Splashy Adventure! 💦

With the sisters who usually join this group still enjoying their holiday, I took my 3 regulars somewhere we haven't visited for a little while.

Despite the drought conditions, we managed to find a lovely little green spot and even had a splash in the river! 🌿💧

A couple of them did manage to get themselves rather muddy in the process… 😂 But they had SUCH a good time that I think it was absolutely worth it! And thankfully, they were easily cleaned up afterwards. 🧼🐶

This group really seems to love this particular walk, and they made the absolute most of having all that space to run, explore and enjoy themselves. Plenty of happy zoomies and very contented pups heading home afterwards! 🐾💨

🌿🐾 Morning Adventures with the Kindred Canines! 🐾🌿

This morning we had two lovely little groups of three out enjoying some fresh air, exploring and having plenty of fun! 💕🐶

🌲 Walk 1 – The Little Fluffies 🌲
We headed up to one of our favourite spots for a woodland adventure. The drought means the water is much lower than usual, but that certainly didn't stop these three from enjoying a little splash! 💦

They were a particularly speedy bunch today, racing around the woods, exploring and having a brilliant time together. Lots of happy zoomies and plenty of fun! 🐾💨

🌳 Walk 2 – Littlies & a Gentle Giant 🌳
Our second group consisted of two little ones and one very gentle Flatcoat. Two of the gang spent their time zooming around together, playing and investigating everything the track had to offer, while our lovely Cavalier preferred to stay close to me.

He's a gentler, slower-paced boy who much prefers a good cuddle to joining in with the chaos – and of course, he got plenty of those! 🥰❤️

It's lovely seeing how different personalities can all enjoy their walks in their own way. Whether you're a speedy explorer, a playful little one or a professional cuddle companion, there's always room for everyone at Kindred Canines. 🐶💕

☀️🐾 Yesterday & Today’s Adventures – Small Groups, Big Adventures! 🐾☀️

We’ve had another couple of lovely days at Kindred Canines, with plenty of exploring, playing, cuddles and, most importantly, keeping everyone cool and comfortable in the sunshine! 🌿💚

🐶 Yesterday’s little group 🐶

With a few of my regulars away enjoying their summer holidays, I had a lovely little group of just three. 🥰

Small groups are always a little bit special because it means lots of extra attention, playtime and cuddles with me! These three certainly made the most of it, sticking close by throughout the walk and happily coming back for plenty of fuss. ❤️

It’s lovely seeing how much they enjoy having that extra one-to-one time with me!

🌳 Today – Walk 1 🌳

We had a busy group of six out nice and early this morning to avoid the worst of the heat. We kept to the shaded parts of the path wherever possible and had plenty of time for playing, sniffing and exploring together. 🌿🐕

This really is such a wonderfully well-behaved and responsive group. They’re fantastic at listening to me and I love watching them calmly and happily greet other dogs we meet out on their walks. They really are a lovely bunch! 🥰

Everyone had plenty of fresh water throughout the morning, and the air conditioning was on in the car to make sure everyone stayed cool and comfortable on the journey home. ❄️💦

🐾 Walk 2 🐾

Then it was time for another lovely little group of three! We stuck to the shady parts of the path and headed into the woods, allowing everyone to explore at their own pace. 🌳

Although these three get along brilliantly and are always very excited to see each other, they’re also very happy doing their own thing during the walk. They sniff, explore and investigate independently, while all keeping close by and checking in with me. 💚

🏡 House Visit 🏡

With temperatures climbing, I’ve decided not to do afternoon walks today. Instead, one of my regular boys had a lovely house visit!

We spent some time playing indoors where it was nice and cool, enjoyed plenty of cuddles, and then headed outside briefly for toileting in the shade before going back inside. 🥰

Your dog’s safety and wellbeing will always come first at Kindred Canines. When the weather is too warm for a safe afternoon walk, house visits are always available instead, so your dog can still have company, attention, playtime and everything they need throughout the day without being put at risk in the heat. ☀️🐾

Another couple of days filled with happy dogs, happy faces and lots of adventures! 💚

🌿🐾 Today’s Adventures – Woodland Zoomies & New Friendships! 🐾🌿

Today brought two lovely walks, each with their own little adventure! 💚

🌳 Walk 1 – Woodland Adventures 🌳

Today I headed out with four of my lovely regulars, plus a special guest who joins us from time to time when her parents are away. 🥰

With the sunshine warming things up, we spent most of our adventure tucked away in the woods, making the most of the shade and keeping out of the direct heat. 🌿☀️

Of course, no woodland adventure is complete without a splash in the shallow stream! 💦🐶 The dogs had a wonderful time cooling their paws, exploring, sniffing and zooming around together. This little group absolutely loves their woodland adventures, and watching them race around, play and explore together is always such a joy! ❤️

🐕 Walk 2 – Building Bonds & Confidence 🐕

I’ve now been walking this lovely new boy for a couple of weeks, and we’re really starting to build a lovely bond. 🥰

We’ve been working hard on his recall, staying close and remaining calm and focused when other dogs are around. He’s such a sweet boy and is doing brilliantly as he learns the ropes with me!

It’s so rewarding watching those little pieces of training start to come together as trust and confidence grow. 🐾💚

Another lovely day of happy dogs, fresh air, plenty of exploring and lots of learning!

🌿 Adventures of the Week – Monday & Tuesday 🌿
With the temperatures climbing, we've been making the most of the cooler mornings by heading out nice and early for our adventures. 🐾☀️
Over the last couple of days, all of the dogs have had a fantastic time exploring shady woodland trails, sniffing to their hearts' content, and enjoying plenty of fun without getting too warm.

Keeping everyone safe in the heat is always my top priority. Every walk includes regular water breaks, another drink before getting back into the car, and choosing shaded routes wherever possible. My car is also set up to keep the dogs safe and comfortable while travelling between walks 🐾

Despite the warm weather, there have still been plenty of wagging tails, happy faces, and lots of fun had by everyone! ❤️🐶

🌿 Cooler Adventures & Happy Tails! 🐾

Yesterday's group walk was with six little lovelies, and we headed to one of our favourite rural spots for a morning full of sniffing, exploring and fun!

With the cooler weather, everyone had plenty of energy for playtime. Two of the gang were especially determined to get everyone involved in their games, and it was lovely watching them encourage their friends to join in. There were lots of wagging tails, happy zoomies and curious noses enjoying every corner of the walk.

After all that excitement, everyone enjoyed a long, refreshing drink back at the car before settling safely into their usual travel spots in the air conditioning for a comfortable journey home. Keeping the dogs cool, hydrated and travelling safely is always a priority, especially during the warmer months ❤️
