Another great review from one of our loveable gang members:

R & Sam:
"There is no-one else I would consider asking to sit or watch my dog - he’s so precious and I trust Louise completely. He has a great and safe time with her and she cares so much for the animals she watches."

We love a review...

'We can’t thank Louise enough for caring for our two boys whilst we were away in her home. I was kept up to date of their care regularly giving me complete peace of mind. A 5 paw service they will definitely be back soon' 🐾

A few newbies have joined my gang over the last few weeks… and what a lovely bunch they are! 🐾❤️

I’ve been busy getting to know some gorgeous new faces, each with their own little personalities, quirks and ways of keeping me on my toes!

It’s always such a privilege when someone trusts me with their furry family member, and I absolutely love watching them settle in and become part of the Lou’s Pet Care gang.

Welcome to the gang, newbies! 🐾🐕❤️

Another great review for Lou's Pet Care
"Louise looked after my two jack russel's last week. It was like home from home. She sent me photographs to update me on how they were and that put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend her services and plan to use her again."

I have been a little quiet on here (life has been lifeing!) But behind the scenes I have been busy walking, sitting, cuddling and playing!
Thank you to all my furry clients and their humans for allowing me to do what I love to do ! 🐶🐕🦮🐕‍🦺🐩🐱🐈🐈‍⬛🥰

Hello everyone!

A little Update to Bookings 🐾

Just a quick update to my
booking policy to help things run smoothly for both myself and my lovely clients.
Due to a recent no-show (despite several messages confirming) on a two week booking, I’ll now be taking a 30% deposit for all new clients and for bookings longer than 3 days. This simply helps secure your space and avoid any last-minute gaps.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations with 7+ days’ notice – full deposit refunded
Cancellations within 7 days of the booking – deposit is non-refundable
If I’m able to fill the space, I’ll always do my best to refund where possible
Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support — it really does mean a lot! 🐶💛

Another wonderful review to start the day ... 🥰

"If you are looking for a dog sitter look no further (although I'd like to keep her for myself😁) Louise was professional and caring looking after our dog Winnie, she sent me daily photos or videos and Winnie looked so relaxed and happy. Our dog isn't the easiest of dogs as she gets very anxious and is quite clingy, so to see how relaxed she was gave us peace of mind. So if you are looking for a caring professional and trustworthy dog sitter look no further 💯 recommend Louise Brown. 💞"

We love a happy pet owner !
Great start to the week ! 😃

"Louise was an amazing pet sitter to us, she looked after our new bunny for us for 6 days and we felt completely at ease whilst we were away with family. We got daily updates and pics/vids which really made us smile, and mostly importantly, murph was super when we came home. Would highly recommend - we will definitely use Louise again!”

"Louise is an outstanding dog sitter. She was recommended to me by a friend and has been 100% reliable from the start. She is very friendly and my dog is always happy to be with her. Louise is excellent at communicating, answers messages promptly, and sends regular updates when she dog sits for me.
I highly recommend Louise as she provides a 5 🌟 service."

Another great review for Lou's Pet Care from a happy mum and her pup!

'I couldn’t have been happier with the care my dog received from Louise. She kept me regularly updated on how things were going, which was incredibly reassuring. It was such a comfort knowing my dog was having a wonderful time while I was away on holiday. I would highly recommend her and will definitely be using her services again - A&P'
