Eddy came in for a little brush today after feeling a bit upset during his puppy introduction

Me and his owner are now working together with two short brush sessions a week and a bath every two weeks to help him get used to being handled and brushed, and to show him that grooming really isn’t that scary ✨

We’re taking things slowly, building his confidence and trust, and making sure every visit is a positive experience. I already know this journey is going to be so rewarding when Eddy finally learns to love his grooms 🥹🤍

CURLEY-COATED DOG? LET’S TALK BRUSHING! 🪮

Curly coats can mat SO quickly, so here are my top tips:

🤍Brush in small sections
🤍 Get right down to the skin
🤍Check behind ears, armpits & legs
🤍Use a comb to check you’ve got through the coat
🤍 Be gentle brushing shouldn’t hurt!
