Waterlife and Pets Waterlife and Pets is a third generation pet shop in Burnley town Centre. We stock a wide variety of pets and aquatics and all the accessories.

Waterlife and Pets is now in to its third generation and has been in Burnley for well over 50 years. We are a small family run business who take pride in our friendly and knowledgeable approach to pet keeping. We stock a variety of small animals including hamsters, mice, rats, guinea pigs, rabbits and chinchillas, and on occasion others such as chipmunks and ferrets when in season. Birds include b

udgies, finches, cockatiels, canaries and various parrots subject to availability. Our award winning fish room stocks a wide range of fish: from bread and butter species such as tetras and barbs, to rare L numbered plecs and oddballs such as dragon gobies. Emma, our in house SQP is qualified to sell licensed veterinary products such as Frontline and Drontal and is available from Sunday to Thursday for purchases and advice.

🕷️ TARANTULAS & ORCHID MANTIS ARRIVED THIS WEEK! 🕷️🌸

We've had a fantastic delivery of some absolutely stunning invertebrates arrive this week! 😍

Our latest delivery includes a variety of beautiful arboreal 🌿 and terrestrial 🌍 tarantulas, as well as some gorgeous Orchid Mantises 🌸 – one of the most striking mantis species in the hobby!

Sam is out every morning for some playtime, and although he’s always been very much a ladies’ bird 😂 he’s slowly starting to trust Steven enough to stand on his arm 🥰

One of our lovely bird customers decided on Saturday that two cockatiels just weren't enough... so he came back and added 2 more hand-reared cockatiels to the 2 he already got from us! 😆
At this rate, he's well on his way to building a full-blown cockatiel army 😂🐦🐦🐦🐦
We absolutely love receiving photos and videos from our customers and seeing how well our birds settle into their new homes. This one has to be one of our all-time favourites – four happy cockatiels and one very proud bird dad! ❤️
