It’s raining!!!!

This is the ideal conditions to mole plough your paddocks. Mole ploughing cuts a slit through the ground leaving a channel underground, allowing water to drain away.

It may be that the surface of your paddock is moist, but if you dig down,even as little as 2-3 inches it will still be dry as a bone. Hell this water drain down and away to help avoid muddy areas By mole ploughing, the water is gone!

⚠️ IMPORTANT UPDATE

Sadly, a case of Bluetongue virus has been reported in the south of the New Forest over the weekend.

We would urge all cattle Commoners to contact their vet, if you haven't already done so, to discuss and arrange vaccination for their animals as soon as possible.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and share any further updates as they become available.

To confirm, Bluetongue does not affect people or food safety.
