Meet Silas 💔 An 11-year-old Collie cross who has already been let down by the people who should have cared for him.

Silas was dumped and ended up in a very full council pound. His time was running out. There were simply too many dogs and not enough space, and sadly, for an older boy like Silas, the outlook was heartbreaking.

We are so full ourselves. Our kennels are already stretched, our bills are huge and every extra dog means another kennel bill we have to somehow find the money for.

But we looked at Silas and thought… how could we possibly leave him there?

How could we let an 11-year-old boy spend his final days frightened and alone simply because nobody wanted him?

So we said YES ❤️

Silas will be arriving soon. But his kennel comes at a cost.

We desperately need your help to cover Silas's kennel fees while we search for the loving forever home he deserves.

Even £1, £2 or £5 makes a difference. It might not feel like much, but when lots of people give a little, it helps us keep saying YES to dogs like Silas.

He didn't ask to be dumped.
He didn't ask to grow old.
He didn't ask to end up in a pound with his life hanging in the balance.
