All of Ruth’s siblings are now curled up in their forever homes… but somehow, this beautiful girl is still waiting. And we truly cannot understand why.
Ruth is the only puppy from her litter not yet adopted. She’s lucky enough to be spoilt in a wonderful foster home, but she deserves a family of her very own — a place where she can grow, learn, and finally settle.
At 8 months old, Ruth is everything a typical puppy should be: full of energy, full of love, and occasionally full of mischief. She’s clever, outgoing, affectionate, and absolutely adored by everyone at Help For Dogs. She’s a firm favourite here — the kind of pup who steals your heart without even trying.

• Outgoing, playful and very human‑orientated
• Food‑motivated — brilliant for training
• Great recall
• No resource guarding
• Can live with other neutered dogs (subject to meets)
• Could live with older, dog‑savvy children
• Cats may be possible with slow, careful introductions
• Currently thriving in a foster home with other dogs
Ruth is still young enough to be shaped into the most wonderful companion — she just needs someone committed to continue giving her the time, structure and training she deserves.

Like any puppy, Ruth is still learning. She can chew things she shouldn’t, she can be clumsy, and she absolutely has energy to burn. But she is trying so hard, and her foster family are already helping her make brilliant progress.
She needs:
• A family willing to continue her training
• Plenty of exercise and stimulation
• Patience, consistency and kindness
• A home where she can finally grow up feeling safe and loved
