Yay, a few cooler days means the fun at LME started again. Tom and the liveries had a great time with his poles clinic, whilst I got in a beautiful 15km (if quite short) distance ride.

You did it Andy, you did it!! 29hrs 22 minutes of high alpine, desert cannons, river crossings AND a sprint finish. 100 miles non stop in the most gruelling race in the world - Congratulations from everyone at LME!

Sending GOOD LUCK from all of us at LME to Andy Bain in the Western State 100 mile!
Tomorrow Andy will run, what is considered the most gruelling running race in the world! Held in California's Sierra Nevada mountains, the legendary 100.2-mile point-to-point race. They race from high cold alpine, through hot deserts and even wading through rivers.
Andy is one of only 6 British runners in an elite group of only 370 participants.

For your dedication to the people and horses of Little Munden Equestrian, your friendship and big smile (even in the worst of weather) has made every day of the last 8 years you have spent with us more fun. You will be missed by everyone (2 and 4 legs) and I am sure everyone will join us in wishing you the very best for your next adventure in life.
