Once again I am deeply indebted to Amanda, Elaine, Rick, Sue, Sarah and Peter for their invaluable help in trimming the toenails of the last nine sheep at home. 🐑❤️
Whilst I am not a fan I will admit that the recent wet weather has helped as their toenails were much softer and hence a lot easier to trim than last time. 🐑❤️
We then enjoyed a well earned cup of tea and some of Elaines truly excellent vegan lemon drizzle and banana and apricot cake. 🍰🐑
So pleased to have got it done, lovely people and great company, you guys rock! 🤘🏻🐑❤️

Massive thanks to K & M Landscapes of Boston who very kindly delivered a load of wood chip today. The recent rain has caused some very wet patches at both the girls and the boys and this is just the ticket to dry them up, thank you so much guys. 🐑🌧️

I am certainly not the greatest lover of AI but this picture was too good not to use again! 🐑❤️
Tomorrow we will be trimming toenails and giving a pre winter check up to the nine girls that didn't get done last time. I think we have enough willing helpers to do this but it really is a case of the more the merrier so if anyone is in the area with an hour or two to spare on Saturday morning (24th) then come on down, you will be made to feel most welcome! 🐑❤️

As you will know if you are a regular visitor to this page, on Saturday we welcomed Monty and Tyrell to the flock. Alas it turns out that Monty is what is known as a rig, that is to say somehow he has managed to retain at least one testicle and is, to all intents and purposes, a ram! 🐏🤪
So for him to wind up with 27 girls was probably a dream come true but for me it is a nightmare! Therefore I have taken a day off and moved him and Tyrell down to live with the boys. 🐏❤️
I'm sure that given time they will settle in just fine, all the other boys have, just got to keep my fingers crossed that we don't have any new arrivals around mid march next year! 🐑🤞🏻

Thank you to the 16 of you who had a crack at Whose Nose is it Anyway and I'm happy to say that seven of you (including his Mum Gill) opted for handsome Patrick! 🐑❤️
He's our second oldest boy and seems to be making the very best of his retirement, love this boy to bits! 🐑❤️
