Cats can and are thriving while eating carefully formulated plant-based food, as long as all the necessary nutrients are present and is made of

- human- grade ingredients
-sustainable fermentation protein
- has my tasty umami flavour
- is cruelty free

We all have every logical and scientific reason to switch away from food that uses heavily thermally processed slaughterhouse waste as their main ingredient, depletes water resources, , pollutes environment and harms billions of animals .
As science and human consciousness evolves, so is the way we feed our companions — making better choices and at least having a go at trying to.

OM Pets has a mission to introduce all possible varieties of complete plant based food to fit all different stages of your companion’s life and more.

Thank you for your ongoing support and all the love 💕

It’s crazy how exactly year ago I took courage to walk the path into the future of my own making- felt super scary but also very liberating. It definitely liberates one from big ego!! 😂 challenges on every step, working too much for zero reward, hoping for the best expecting the worst, learning about the industry people and business at the lightning speed and surviving the process because of the ultimate goal of achieving and fulfilling your purpose! What is there not to like? -up business in yourself

I hope this inspires more people to at least give plant-based and microbial protein a try. We’ve been working on this for a year, and it has been an extremely careful, slow, and thorough process carried out by people with world-class expertise. It definitely didn’t come easy, and it came with a price to match. Nevertheless, masterpieces take time because I wanted to ensure that everything is exactly as it should be, and more.

So, as we prepare for the launch of our new range of wet cat food, I would like to share some reflections after visiting one of the biggest pet food industry shows, where glitz and glamour are present, but there is also an opportunity to learn about ways to improve this whole industry and to wean ourselves off our dependency on animals being used as resources and ingredients for what we give to our animals, our companions.

And I know we still have a long way to go, because I want to find every possible alternative for every possible scenario in cat food — at least for now and at the start: for adults, for kittens, for the elderly, and for different health issues — and to help them truly thrive, while also proving that it can be done, and will be done.

Because I understand that the biggest problem is not that people don’t trust plant-based food. They just don’t trust that it can give cats everything they need.

And I don’t want to talk too much about it. Instead, I will work for the next five, ten years — or whatever it takes, as long as I can — to create the future that proves what was once thought impossible is possible, and ultimately far better than the existing alternatives.
