*Cancellation policy*

If you give less than 48 hours notice that you are unable to attend your appointment you will be asked to pay 50% of the price of the service prior to your next appointment.

If you do not show up to your appointment you will be asked to be to pay 100% of the price of the service prior to booking your next appointment.

A 15 minute grace period is given, showing up later than that may result in a cancellation fee and/or the full service may not be able to take place. We pride ourselves on being a 1-1 salon meaning that we don’t allow dogs from different households on the premises at the same time. Running late means I have to push everybody else’s appointments back.
