Sounds like Ivy has settled in perfectly! 😊

"Ivy is really settled and we have had no issues at all. She has adapted to living in our home so well. She does, however, sound like a horse running up the stairs 😂

She loves the sofa and my bed…as soon as I move, she is in my spot. She spends most of the day asleep on the sofa, and when she cuddles one of her soft toys it melts my heart.

She is so sweet and funny (especially when she get the zoomies) and she is very affectionate too.

I hope you enjoy the photos…as you can see, we need a bigger cool mat. 😂"

Meet Bridget & Britney

Bridget & Britney came to Foal Farm via the RSPCA after their previous owner fell ill. They are a nervous pair and can be a little scared at times when approached. Since being here, they have warmed up and their confidence has improved. However, they will need a bit of time to get comfortable with their new owners. They are often found sitting under their house together but are very quick to come running when their veg is delivered!

Meet Bing 🖤🤍

Little Bing is only 8 weeks old and looking for a loving home. Sadly Bing hasn’t had the best start in life. He arrived at Foal Farm two weeks ago after being found in a bush. He must have been very frightened, especially as he was all alone. Thankfully he was saved and is now safe with us.

Since then Bing has been in a foster home and he is absolutely loving home life! It didn’t take him long to settle in. Understandably, he was timid to begin with but who could blame him. Two weeks on… he has grown so much in confidence. Bing is a typical bouncy kitten who is full of energy and loves to play. He can be shy around new people but once he knows you he is a total love bug! We feel he would benefit living in a home with a friendly cat or kitten.

Bing is the sweetest boy and it’s been lovely watching him grow and learn. If you feel you have the time, patience and love to give to a young kitten, please fill out an application form.

Volunteers from Thomas Mansfield Solicitors were absolutely amazing when they took a day out of the office to help our animals.

We were so impressed that they managed to clean out the Bunny Shed and the Duck enclosure and did such a brilliant job of it. Not only that, they then helped clean the tables outside of our tea room to give shade to our visitors during the hot weather. They were all so lovely about being prepared to tackle anything that we asked of them and are such an incredibly compassionate and lovely team. A huge thank you to them for their enormous help with the welfare of so many of our animals.

We are so touched by their extraordinary generous donation for our animals. The donation of £500 will go towards the operation cost for Sonic, a 7-month-old Pomeranian who needs surgery on his legs. We are so grateful to Thomas Mansfield Solicitors and the incredible team who came to volunteer for the enormous difference they have made to our animals 😊

Meet Cheddar 🧀

Cheddar came to Foal Farm after being found at the side of the road, he had been clipped by a car but thankfully sustained no injuries. No owner came forward for poor Cheddar, so after spending some time at the vets and getting neutered, he came to us to start his new journey.

This sweet boy can initially be a little shy, but once he has bonded with you, you couldn’t ask for a sweeter companion. Cheddar is a very chatty boy, he often chirrups at us when we go into his room and it doesn’t take long until he is flopping over for a fuss. He loves to play with his toys and particularly likes chatting with his cat neighbours!

Cheddar is just 2 years old and really deserves his second chance at a forever home, after being so let down by his previous owners.

A lovely update on Harley, Aprilia and Ducati 😊

"It’s hard to believe we’ve had the trio for 6 months now, although we can’t imagine life without them! Harley loved climbing our Christmas tree - they were all obsessed with this over Christmas, challenging each other with who could get the highest without it falling over! Although naturally nervous at first, they are loving outside time, but it’s lovely that they come running back to us if something spooks them slightly.
They have truly made our house feel like a home and we feel so lucky to have found them."
