Saturday what a day 🤪
Bruno and Skye looked liked they’d been swimming after an hour in the fields, Hector was happy though as he does normally swim on a Saturday 🤣
Skye and I did a loop of the park this afternoon but decided it was better to come home, light the fire and chill, even Fudge decided the outdoors wasn’t an option and joined us on the sofa.

Skye and I throughly enjoyed our walk around Appledore, the sun was shining and the fresh air felt good…
As you can see it really took it out of Skye and she had to come home for a nap 😆

Thursday had a Labrador theme….

Rocky (who’s technically a springador but looks like a lab unless he’s next to one and seems tiny 😆) was in stick heaven on a coast path walk.

Bruno and Hector the ‘beach boys’ had much fun swimming, chasing balls and each other. At one point their tails were wagging so hard it gave Tails from Sonic the hedgehog vibes 😂

Today was perfect, the whole morning spent exploring Torrington Commons with Bruno & Ozzy, sticks, water and a lot of steps from all of us. It was silent on the drive home as both boys were fast asleep 🥰

Friday started with Breakfast with Olí, he came downstairs to greet me but I cannot say he was excited about my arrival (this is standard though and he does like me by the end of my sit I promise 🫣😆)

A windswept walk around Appledore with Syke

Then Reggie & Ozzy had strong Friday energy, lots of racing around Ford woods, and a bit of a stand off over a stick (that broke in half and solved the issue but then was confiscated to avoid any more drama 🤪)

Then back to Olivier, who was not tempted by my best effort to go for a walk but did demand tummy rubs with a casual leg raise and a nudge 🤣

And a new coaster as a thank you gift 🎁

Today was a rather wholesome Thursday with a field stop for Hector and Bruno before the chaos of swimming. 4 dogs one pools and ALOT of fun.
Then a little walk for Rocket where we practiced lead walking and ‘drop’ because leaves, feathers and rubbish are all very new and appealing 🐾

In the last 2 days I’ve picked up at least 5 dog 💩 that were in public walk ways and not from dog under my care, and then seen at least 3 bags ‘hanging’ around 🫠

Please pick up after your dogs and either put it in a bin or take it home with you.

Not on the fence, not on the path, not left hanging in a tree.

As dog lovers we all share the same beautiful walks — let’s keep them clean and safe for everyone, including the dogs, livestock and wildlife who use them.

If you have a dog, picking up its poo is non-negotiable. If you don’t pick it up, you’re an irresponsible owner. I said what I said.

Thank you to all the responsible owners and walkers who always do the right thing.

What a glorious Tuesday ☀️

Green Cliff with Ozzy and Reggie. They looked very cute in their matching bandanas.
Reggie embraced his inner mountain goat and apparently you can also play tug of war with a 3 inch stick 🤣

Also featured is Monday’s drop in with the lovely Rocket with a little walk around the football grounds.
