Friday Fun with Hector 🤎

A quick mooch around the field for a toilet break before swimming 🤩

Reggie was very lucky and got to join Hector for his swim session today

Excellent swimming and sharing of the toys 🙌🏼

Happy Thursday ~ Happy Hector 🤎

And a happy Bruno on his first visit to the Tors…he could see the sea so needed his lead until we were safely away from the cliff edge 🫣 (it was high tide so even more tempting but I’ve promised we can go next week 🤪)

He made it all the way to the top 🤩

Suspicious things in the hedge which both boys had to investigate 🤪

A very tired Hector made it back to the car still smiling and wagging his tail 🤎

Fields with Ellie (followed by a grooming session to de-twig, as her Nan said - did she leave any of the trees behind?! 🤣)

Introducing Bruno, the newest member of the Sunny Paws family 🐾

Hector was the best assistant today on Bruno’s first walk 💕 (I’ve adopted Hector for the week whilst Wagward’s take a well deserved break but think this could be the start of a lovely new friendship )

Hector not so much, however thanks to the rain it’s more water and less mud 😂 tomorrows walk we will find some proper water for him to paddle in 🙌🏼

Indy & Loki’s staycation 🐾 it’s always a pleasure to stay with Indy and Loki, we’ve been to the beach, the reservoir, different woods, fields, the burrows, the tors, the park, played (poor flamingo has had a hard week 🤣) and had ALL the cuddles which I have very much enjoyed 💖

I work with (and absolutely LOVE) spaniels, so I know all too well that their gorgeous hair is basically a sticky-bud magnet 😂🌿

For Eady & Iris, was my favourite combo for getting them out: Bugalugs Pet Care Detangling Spray and a slicker brush. A little spray, gentle brushing and patience, and we’re back to beautiful, fluffy spaniels ✨

They were both absolute superstars and so patient while I removed the sticky buds after each walk. 🥹🤎

And it’s not just about keeping them tangle-free — checking them over after walks is a great chance to look for ticks, grass seeds and anything else that might have hitched a ride, especially around those ears, paws and all that glorious spaniel fluff!

Sticky buds: defeated.
