🐴 BEHIND THE SCENES
STAFF TRAINING

This week our team have been busy with staff training - practical sessions and assessments - with a particular focus on some of our newer horses recently joining our Riding School herd. 🫶

Every new horse is different. Our coaches need to get to know their personality, way of going, strengths and quirks before deciding which riders and sessions will suit them best.

Our training included mounted practicals, assessments & coaching top tips to help build confidence to both horse and rider.

We also looked at suitable exercises, rider matching, progression & how our coaches can work consistently as a team to get the very best from each horse. 💚🐴

It’s hugely important that our staff continue to learn, develop and share their knowledge. Regular training gives our coaches the opportunity to ride together, discuss ideas and ensure we maintain the standards we expect across the Riding School.

And, of course, it gives us the chance to get to know our newest four-legged team members even better! 💚

Great horses need great coaching too🐴☺️....as dothe coaches! 😉🥰
