It’s been an amazing 15 years!

After working for many years in the corporate world in London, I followed my heart and started my small pet boarding business in April 2011.

Little did I know then, that Now Boarding Pet Hotels would grow into a successful franchised business, at one point having six pet hotels operating across the south-east. Between my great team of franchisees, we have provided first class boarding to thousands of small pets.

I am not fully retiring, as I will continue to remain at the helm of Now Boarding Pet Hotels, but I will no longer be involved with the day to day boarding as I have been.

I want to say a huge thank you to my wife Lisa for her support and for putting up with my seemingly crazy ideas.
Thank you to my son Elliot, without whose talent and creativity, Now Boarding Pet Hotels would probably not exist.
And thank you to my daughter Phoebe for her endless positivity and support.

I want to thank Kate and Geoff at Now Boarding Medway, and Lorraine and Andy at Now Boarding Croydon for representing our business so well, supporting the brand, and maintaining the very highest standards of pet care and customer service.

I also want to thank you, our loyal customers, for entrusting Now Boarding Pet Hotels with your beloved pets. We are a small and very grateful business, and we would be nothing without your support.

Finally, I want to welcome Ian and Natasha to the Now Boarding Pet Hotels family. With their boundless energy and enthusiasm, I have no doubt that Now Boarding Bexley will continue to thrive, and I know you will continue to support their business, as you have always supported mine.
