This was our farm in August 2022 after a fire. It was caused by something as simple as two stones rubbing together.

Please do not smoke in the dog field, car park or surrounding area. I have seen a few posts online reacting to yesterdays government alert where people are saying that the hot weather is gone now so it’s fine, but it’s about how dry the ground is which won’t change until we have significant rain.

Our area has had barely any rain in months now. Where there has been the odd shower, we have missed it at the field as showers tend to move around the hill we sit on.

A small spark could cause a catastrophic fire so we thank you for refraining from smoking at the field ❤️.

These two beautiful souls come to visit the field all the way from Hereford!

They holiday in Yorkshire with their humans and always make sure to visit the field.

A six degree difference on the grass vs in the woods!

We are closed this afternoon as it’s too hot for dog walking, but when it cools down a bit six degrees makes a huge difference!
