Pretty girl Ivy had her FREE Smiles for Life check over which is a campaign we are currently running for dogs & cats over the age of 6.

Did you know that dental disease becomes more common as pets get older? That's why we're inviting all dogs and cats aged 6+ years to book a free dental health check with our team.

A healthy mouth can make a big difference to your pet's comfort and wellbeing. Our dental health checks are designed to spot any early signs of dental disease and help keep your pet smiling for years to come.

As part of our Smiles for Life campaign, every pet attending a dental health check will also receive a free small bag of Hill's Vet Essentials + Dental or Hill's Prescription Diet t/d to support their dental health at home.

Common signs of dental disease can include:

🤢Bad breath
🍗Eating less or more slowly than usual
🍵Dropping food from their mouth or around their bowl

Even if your pet isn't showing any obvious signs, a dental check can help identify problems before they become more serious.

Book your pet's free dental health check today online: https://www.cvsvets.com/yorkshire-and-humber/forrest-house-veterinary-centre-bedale/appointments OR Call us on 01677 422 124 to book an appointment

You can also learn more about pet dental health, common dental conditions, and how to keep your pet's teeth healthy. We look forward to helping keep your pet happy, healthy and smiling. 🐕🐈‍⬛

The ever so lovely Prada Princess popped in yesterday to collect some medication, but unfortunately the rainy weather left her absolutely soaked! ☔

We gave Prada and her lovely mum a chance to dry off and have a little break in our reception area. Wrapped up snugly in a towel, Prada looked just like a precious little pup-burrito! 🌯🐶

Thankfully, she didn't seem to mind the extra fuss and attention💙

Lovely boy Drax! 🐾

This handsome lad has gained an impressive 800g since his first visit with us just 4 weeks ago! Drax is such a lovely chap and enjoyed plenty of cuddles from Nurse Charlotte and Receptionist Karen during his visit. We're so proud of his progress!💙

Can you see the creepy crawly?🪳
Ear mites, otherwise known as otodectes cyanotis is a common parasite seen in puppies and kittens that have had either no parasite treatments or over the counter products as these will likely not protect against ear mites. Thankfully this patient signed onto our Healthy Pet Club and now gets prescription strength parasite treatment monthly included in their monthly fee.
