I know it’s far to early to say the “C” word 🎄👀 (certainly in this house for last minute Larry over here 😂) but as tickets are now on sale, I wanted to share Zumba with James’ Xmas Party info with you all, so those who may be interested don’t miss out before tickets sell out! The Zumba Party is in aid of Animal Welfare Furness, so if you like a good boogie, helping animals in need 🥺 (and there’s pizza too 🍕) what a fun way to spend your Xmas party! 🎅

And I’m still collecting postage stamps for Just Whippets Rescue (which they use to raise funds) - if anyone has any if you could please leave out for me and I’ll add them to the pile! 💌

August’s Adoptable Pet of the Month! ❤️✨
Our first APOTM was the beautiful Ralphie, who was under the care of Spaniel Aid I’m pleased to report it was a super summer for Ralphie as he’s gone on to his new home 🎉

Next under the spotlight was an 11 month old Saluki puppa, who was available for adoption through Congleton dog rescue, good news as this handsome boy is also no longer available 🎉🎉 so we highlighted gorgeous Dexter as our next APOTM instead, who is still available for adoption also through Congleton Dog Rescue. Please find Dexter’s details below and give him a share! Wouldn’t it be amazing if you were the missing link between a rescue pup and their new home 😍
I’ve also reshared Rio, our Mr June, as he is still waiting (Second Chance Akita Rescue UK) 😔 he reminds me so much of my parents’ dog, Barb, he really pulls on my heartstrings ❤️‍🩹 (well, don’t they all to be fair, but still😂)

And, as we have now arrived in September (🤯) it’s time for our next furry friend! Time for a meower me thinks! Introducing the beeauuutiful Macy & Lacy! These two gorgeous girls are available for adoption through Animal Welfare Furness and would love to find their fur-ever family together 🩶🖤they sound the goodest of girls 🥺 but despite this they haven’t received any adoption applications yet 😔 so if you know someone who has space in their heart and home for double the love, biscuits and nose boops don’t forget to share Macy and Lacy🤞🤞

The big news from me this month is of the worst kind unfortunately, I’m sure some of you will have already spotted an earlier post; our little mate Maison passed away last month, it’s still a real shock tbh. Thinking of Mase’s (amazing) family as they navigate their new normal, life really does throw some awful curveballs at times.

I hope everyone else has been enjoying the summer so far (hopefully we might get a bit more sunshine in before the season changes 🤞and that would be sunshine without the mad temperatures thank you please 😂).
It’s been a busy month for me, with lots of feline friends to fuss too, which I’ve loved 🥰 Thank you all for keeping me so busy, and enabling me to do what I love, with who I love 🥰🐾❤️ I appreciate it more than I can say! 🐾
