Well last week was a test for all dog walkers 🥵 A balancing act of trying to provide a service whilst keeping the dogs safe and cool. My walks were all converted to drop ins and my day sitters were either being sprayed outside with the hose or kept inside with fans. Let’s hope for a cooler week this week 😊🤞🏻🌞

DOG WALKING SPACES AVAILABLE

At Follow my Lead, safety is my top priority. I am DBS checked, trained in Canine First Aid including CPR and have also completed a Dog Behaviour Training Course. I only take a maximum of 3 dogs per walk to give each one the attention and care they deserve. My walks are calm and controlled with plenty of treats, cuddles and kisses along the way. I love to build that bond with a dog and I prefer to use my car with harnesses rather than uncomfortable crates.

I am also Licensed with Barnsley council to provide 4* Home Boarding so I can continue care while your on holiday.

Catering to: Wombwell, Hemingfield, Elsecar, Brampton, Hoyland, Darfield and Chapeltown.

Based on the Lundhill Estate, Wombwell

The usual routine has changed this week in order to keep the dogs safe from the heat.

Boarding dogs have been up and walked at 6.30am and back dozing on the sofa by 9am (with me) 🤭

They’ve been sleeping in front of the fans to keep cool when inside or sprayed with cool water when they’re out in the garden. Although, Ronnie the Labrador was not a fan 😂
