October availability 🍂

So we have ALOT of availability in October which is a rarity for us, summers ended and we always have a quiet spot before the Christmas rush, also Jess has finished her apprenticeship and is due to do her exam in October!🎉 which means we have lots more availablity as we now have 2 groomers!🐶 Jess is doing a fabulous job so far and we have caught up a lot since (no more waiting 2 months for an appointment!)

So here is October…new and old clients welcome, all breeds to breed standard and sizes of dogs (yes we can do your Saint Bernards, deerhounds, Great Danes). These appointments will go believe it or not so please let us know as soon as possible.

As always please let us know if you need to cancel your appointment, no shows will be charged 50% of the missed groom before rebooking.

To all clients🐶🐶🐶🗓️

We are crazy busy at the moment and are booked up until mid July!

I would recommend regular clients that come every 6-8 weeks to book a couple in advance for the summer.

Rest assured though as this will be temporary, from September we will have a lot more availability due to Jess completing her apprenticeship having being trained by myself.

If you can’t make your appointment please let me know at least 24 hours before your appointment so I can offer it to someone else.

Hi everyone,

We’ve had a few clients not show recently or be booked in twice in the same week due to booking a couple in advance and forgetting. Please make sure you know what appointments you have and have the correct date. If you need to cancel let me know so I can offer it to someone else. I know these things happen especially when we’re getting new Calendars for the new year but I have wages to pay and customers wanting appointments so can be frustrating🙈

We are getting busier now the warmer weather is upon us, I have the odd appointment left in march and we are pretty much full in April due to Easter and us closing for a week at the end of April. So please book in advance if you can!

Hi everyone!

Tomorrow (Saturday 22nd) will be our last day before we have a week off. We are back open on Tuesday 2nd December so please get in touch either today or tomorrow otherwise I’ll get back to everyone on the 2nd.

We are fully booked until mid January now so unfortunately no Christmas appointments left! If anyone is unable to make there appointment in December please let me know asap as I can offer it to someone else.

Special thanks to my top girls who graft hard, we couldn’t fit you all in without them (unless I’m here 24/7🙈)
