Hi all!
As I'm sure you're aware, Easter bank holiday is fast approaching. Our last courier day this week will be Thursday 2nd of April. Orders will need to be in before 11am, anything after that may not be dispatched until our next courier day which will be Tuesday 7th of April. We will be running on skeleton staff Friday, Saturday and Monday and fully closed on Easter Sunday. We'll do our best to get everything out as soon as we can but please do bear with us whilst we're short on staff.

Hello everyone.

Due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, some of our suppliers and couriers are introducing additional fuel surcharges. As much as we wish we could absorb these costs, it's impossible for us as a small business. Due to this, you may notice some slight price increases across some products and also courier prices.

We all hope there is a resolution soon in the Middle East and everything can go back to operating as normal. As always, we will keep you informed of any changes as they happen.

Hopefully this is the last bit of bad news I have to announce! We hope you all have a lovely weekend.

Hello everyone!

Some people may have already noticed but we now have new shipping options available. We have managed to up the weights on Royal Mail and you now have that option (24/1st class and 48/2nd class) for 5kg and less. For larger parcels we now also have Parcelforce (24/1st class and 48/2nd class) aswell as DPD. The max weight per parcel is now 20kg instead of 25kg due to new weight limits. We have always liked to offer multiple couriers and we're pleased we can now do that again.

Let's talk shipping!

We know the cost of shipping can be high and we hate it just as much as you do. The shipping costs are something we cannot control. We only charge you what the couriers charge us.

We have often been asked about offering free shipping. To offer "free shipping" we would have to implement a minimum order spend and do a significant price mark up on all products. Unfortunately there is no such thing as free shipping. We absorb as much of the costs as we can, but absorbing the entire cost of shipping would end our business within a week.

I have been working hard to find a more affordable courier and hopefully this is something that will be sorted very soon. But we will not use an unreliable courier just because they're cheaper.

We have always been transparent with costs and this is something that will continue.
No hidden costs in products and clear and honest shipping prices.

As always, thank you for supporting our small business. We appreciate every single one of you.
