Nic’s Paw Patrol Pet Services
Terms & Conditions
By booking any service with Nic’s Paw Patrol Pet Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Bookings & Payments
* Payment is due on the day of the service unless otherwise agreed.
* Prices are subject to review and may be amended with reasonable notice.
* Additional charges may apply for services requested outside normal working hours or on bank holidays.
Cancellations
* Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will not incur a charge.
* Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be charged at 50% of the booked service cost.
* Failure to attend a pre-arranged meet and greet, collection, walk, or pet sitting appointment without notice (“no-show”) will be charged at 100% of the booked service cost.
Pet Health & Welfare
* All pets must be fit, healthy, and up to date with appropriate vaccinations or veterinary-recommended titre testing.
* Owners must inform Nic’s Paw Patrol of any medical conditions, behavioural concerns, allergies, injuries, or special requirements before services commence.
* Any illness or injury occurring before a booking must be reported immediately.
Dogs in Season
* Female dogs in season are welcome but must be disclosed prior to the service.
* Dogs in season will be walked separately from entire (unneutered) male dogs and may require solo walks for safety.
* Nic’s Paw Patrol reserves the right to alter walking arrangements to ensure the safety and welfare of all dogs.
Behaviour & Safety
* Owners must provide accurate information regarding their dog’s temperament and behaviour.
* Any history of aggression, biting, excessive reactivity, or escaping must be disclosed before booking.
* Nic’s Paw Patrol reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if a pet poses a risk to itself, other animals, members of the public, or the handler.
Emergency Veterinary Care
* In the event of an emergency, Nic’s Paw Patrol will make every reasonable effort to contact the owner.
* If the owner cannot be reached, Nic’s Paw Patrol is authorised to seek veterinary treatment deemed necessary for the pet’s welfare.
* All veterinary costs remain the responsibility of the owner.
Keys & Property Access
* Any keys entrusted to Nic’s Paw Patrol will be kept securely and used solely for the purpose of providing booked services.
* Owners are responsible for ensuring safe access to their property and securing their home upon departure.
Weather Conditions
* During periods of extreme weather, walks may be shortened, adjusted, or replaced with enrichment activities to protect the welfare of the dog.
* Safety and welfare will always take priority over the duration of the walk.
Liability
* Nic’s Paw Patrol is fully insured and animal care qualified.
* Whilst every care is taken, owners accept that animals can behave unpredictably, and Nic’s Paw Patrol cannot be held responsible for illness, injury, loss, or damage resulting from undisclosed health or behavioural issues.
* Owners remain legally responsible for their pet’s behaviour at all times.
Photos & Social Media
* Photos may occasionally be taken during walks or visits and shared on Nic’s Paw Patrol’s social media pages.
* If you do not wish your pet’s image to be used, please notify us in writing.
Acceptance
Booking a service with Nic’s Paw Patrol Pet Services constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
