Busy day at the farm today. Load of fresh coastal square bales headed to south Texas to feed some working ranch horses. 🐎 Load of Klassen Showflake brand shavings headed down the road for some show pigs. 🐖 Spread some “magic pellets” of NPK on a coastal patch and started irrigation since it looks like the rain 🌧️ just missed us. (At least we could smell it!🤷‍♂️). Besides selling quality hay we also sell Lindner brand feeds and Klassen Showflake shavings. While most of the feed we carry is for show pigs we can get any feed Lindner’s makes or carries at their mill in Comfort and we can load you up on feed, shavings, or hay seven days a week and after dark if needed.

Who wants some fine, angel 👼 hair coastal round bales?? This was a field we cut early so we can get back on our regular cutting schedule. This is as good as coastal gets. This is absolutely “small batch” hay. $100 per bale. They could literally be in your barn tonight!

The pastures are nice and green right now but we all know Mother Nature can change that in no time. Supply and demand has hay prices at their lowest in years. Many of our customers are taking advantage and stocking up. We have hay for every budget and every animal in two string small squares or 4x5 round bales. We have some economy Tifton or Coastal round bales from $50-$60 that’s great for cows and goats, some horse quality from first and second cutting for $80, and fresh premium horse quality for $100. Some beautiful fine stemmed Sudan round bales for $70 per round and squares for $180 per bundle. Tifton or coastal squares are $200 per bundle. If you need bedding for animals or some bales for fall decoration we have wheat straw squares for $160 per bundle or $8 each. All of our hay is fertilized after every cutting to ensure the best quality nutrition for your animals. We will sell you one bale or a thousand and can load out seven days a week. We have a fresh oat hay that we baled today. It did get some rain on it so it did lose its color. This was a very clean fertilized field. This is some great “cow chow” with lots of seed in the bale. 200 plus 4x5 tight bales priced to move at $80. Can do better on large quantities. Delivery is also available for additional charge. Can load 7 days a week. Located here on the farm or across the road from MV middle school. We will have fresh coastal and Tifton by next weekend if Mother Nature cooperates.
