An unlikely work lunch supplied by the good doctor - boil in the bag mussels. Now - you don’t need to see what happens when you microwave a bag of mussels in commercial NHS microwave instead of domestic one and not adjust the timing 💥suffice to say needed a lil’ lie down for a hot minute - but I sprinkled the parsley and slurped the lot and licked my fingers 😁

Today is a fine day to introduce Dolly - here to help with dinky pork pies ya’ll be eating in this fine weather :) hand made to request by Steve of ‘Turning Turtle’ and I could not have been more lucky to meet him by pure chance .. proper pork pie dollies are quite hard to come by, you can buy large ones, but not dinky. Your pork pie will appear here very soon 🥳
