(English translate down)

🚫🐱 Your Cat Is Not Being Spiteful… He Is in Pain

You came home and found a wet spot on your bed or clothes.
Your first thought might be:

“He’s angry because I left him alone.”
“He’s doing this on purpose.”

Stop right there.
Cats do not understand revenge — but they do understand pain.

🔍 What’s really happening?

🔸 The Pain:
Your cat may be suffering from a urinary tract infection, bladder inflammation, or urinary crystals.
For him, urinating feels like burning fire.

🔸 The Association:
He doesn’t know he’s sick.
He only knows that the litter box = pain.

🔸 The Behavior:
So he avoids the litter box and searches for a soft, safe place —
hoping it won’t hurt as much.

🔸 Why your bed?
Because it smells like you.
You are his source of safety.
He didn’t do this to upset you —
he did it because he felt vulnerable and needed comfort.

❌ Don’t yell
❌ Don’t punish
❌ Don’t assume bad behavior

✅ Check his urine
✅ Visit a veterinarian immediately

📌 Urinating outside the litter box is a cry for help — not a behavior problem.

If this post helped you, please share it.
You might save a cat’s life 💙🐾
