Atibox - Association Technique Internationale du Boxer

✅ 3rd step ✅
On 10 of August, ATIBOX and WUBOX met face to face in Milan, at the headquarters of BCI – Boxer Club Italia.

The meeting did not start easy. There were different views, some frustrations from the past and a few tough discussions around the table. But being together in the same room made it possible to speak openly and honestly.

Step by step, we found common ground. In the end, one thing was clear: both associations want to move forward and work towards the same future for the Boxer.

There is still work to do, and not everything can be solved in one meeting. But on that day an important step has been made. We left the table closer together than when we arrived, with the breed and the breeders at the centre of what comes next.

ATIBOX and WUBOX are pleased to announce that following a recent initiative by WUBOX and a positive response from ATIBOX:
Representatives of both organisations have agreed to begin exploratory discussions.
Both organisations recognize their shared responsibility towards the Boxer breed and the international Boxer community.
The discussions will be conducted in a spirit of mutual respect, openness and constructive dialogue, with the objective of exploring potential areas of cooperation and common interest.
This marks a scond step.
Further information will be communicated jointly when appropriate.

On June 25, 2026, Robert Fagos (President of ATIBOX) and Bernhard Knopek (Chairman of WUBOX) met to discuss a possible future collaboration.
Both support a partnership between the organizations.
Delegations representing ATIBOX and WUBOX will now explore opportunities for collaboration. An initial online meeting is scheduled to take place soon.
We will keep you updated.
