Advancing diagnostics in clinical practice. 🩸

At Suvarnachad Animal Hospital (โรงพยาบาลสัตว์สุวรรณชาด), a recent training session on “Diagnostic Approach to Hemostatic Disorders in Dogs and Cats” brought together clinical insights and practical diagnostic approaches.

With InCycle and InCoag now installed, the session also introduced the GlinX portfolio, including InMorph, InCycle, and InCoag.

What does in-clinic PCR mean to a veterinarian with experience across clinical practice and clinic leadership?

Meet Dr. Bruce Peacock, whose veterinary career includes practice management at Selarl Dr Peacock and clinical and leadership roles with METAVET, Univet and IVC Evidensia.

In this conversation with GlinX, he shares his first-hand experience of using InCycle in everyday practice—from bringing PCR testing in-house to getting results back to pet owners sooner.

For Dr. Peacock, one difference stands out: results in an hour and a half, rather than a three-day wait for external testing.

🤝 We’re pleased to share his experience alongside ALFA DX part of NovaPharmaGroup, our distribution partner.

📹 Watch the interview to hear his perspective on the role of PCR in veterinary practice.

Interested in bringing PCR testing in-house? Contact us or ALFA Dx to learn more about InCycle.

20 vs. 47 parameters: What else can you see?

When reviewing a CBC, what information would you want beyond the count?

GlinX InMorph combines 47 blood parameters with cell morphology images, providing:
• Neutrophil detail—including band, segmented and hypersegmented cells
• Reticulocyte counts and percentages
• Platelet aggregation information

In the feline sample shown, a low platelet count appears alongside platelet aggregate images—giving veterinarians additional context for review.

Swipe to explore the information behind the numbers.

GlinX-supported research presented at the ECVIM-CA 36th Annual Congress 🐱🧬

We’re pleased to share a new study conducted in collaboration with researchers from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, reporting the first detection of Feline Chaphamaparvovirus, Bocavirus, and Astrovirus in Spain.

The study analyzed samples from 52 shelter cats using a multiplex 5-in-1 qPCR panel targeting FPV, FCoV, FBoV-1, FeChPV, and FeAstV.

The findings offer new insights into the complexity of the feline enteric virome and reinforce the importance of interpreting molecular detection within the broader clinical context.

GlinX was proud to support this research by providing molecular diagnostic tools and technical expertise for sample analysis.

Cuatro días. Innumerables conversaciones. Una visión compartida para la salud animal. 🇲🇽
