💬 Owner's Message: "🚨 MISSING CAT — PRAIRIE VIEW ROAD - OREO (COOKIE) — PLEASE SHARE 🚨

Our beloved cat Oreo, who also goes by Cookie, went missing the evening of September 2 after getting out of our screened gazebo.

🐱 Name: Oreo / Cookie
🐾 Just over 2 years old
🤍 Female — spayed
🐾 Gray & white short-haired cat
🔹 Microchipped
📍 Last seen near Prairie View Road, in the Sturgeon Road surrounding areas / Living Prairie Museum/ Ness

Oreo was originally a rescue, so she may be very scared, cautious, and hiding. She may not come out or approach someone she doesn’t know. However, she is very loving, affectionate, and sweet with her family and responds to the names Oreo and Cookie.

If you live nearby, please check under decks, porches, sheds, bushes, garages, stairwells and other sheltered spaces. She may be hiding somewhere very close to home.

⚠️ PLEASE DO NOT CHASE HER if you see her. If she seems frightened, please keep eyes on her if possible, take a photo, and message us right away so we can try to safely get her home.

She is so loved and deeply missed by our family. We are desperately hoping she is close by and just scared and hiding. ❤️

💬 Owner's Message: "My scaredy-cat, Kiki, slipped out of the hse during my 40th birthday celebration today, but we didn't realise it until 9 pm. I saw her almost come back in after the guests were gone, and after I had searched everywhere in the hse, but she was spooked and went into the neighbours' yard (this was at 9:30). From there, I think the flashlight I was using must have scared her, so she darted off towards Corydon, but I don't know how far.

She is skittish and is probably hungry. She is not an outdoor cat. I have sometimes been able to coax her by opening a can of tuna. If you see her, even a location update would be amazing and incredibly appreciated.

Went missing from Flora Ave & Parr Street.

(Directly behind the Aboriginal Funeral Home)

His name is “Puss Puss” but he responds to

“Putt-Putt” (Pronounced as “put-put”) and “Putty” (pronounced as “put-tee”). He is approximately 3 years old (born in the spring of 2023), and he is a fixed and tattooed male. ID number: LA6439

He went missing on August 27th, 2026 in the early evening when he was being watched by my neighbour/acquaintance, while I was in the hosp with my grandmother…

He’s an indoor cat, but he does escape occasionally… He knows the area around our hse at like 50% I’d say… He always knows how to get home tho, especially when he’s called…

This isn’t like him to not come home, nor the…

His tongue hangs out of his mouth due to his front teeth missing since he was a kitten…
