Any treats that need eggs, come from our own farm. A couple common questions we get about them… We have 14 chickens, they lay blue and different shades of brown eggs. Chickens lay one egg a day and they don’t need to have a rooster around to do that! They eat loads of snacks on top of their grain they get all the scraps from cooking. They love noodles, fruit and leftover sausage. We are getting 6 more chickens in April, they will lay olive green eggs and I can’t wait to add to our rainbow cartons. Another fun fact, I’m scared of birds. 😅
