Deposits
A deposit is required to secure all grooming appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your final service total.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or changes.

Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice: Your deposit can be transferred to a future appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice: Your deposit will be non-refundable.
No-shows: The deposit will be forfeited, and future bookings may require full prepayment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and your deposit may be forfeited.

Repeat Cancellations/No-Shows
Clients who repeatedly cancel late or miss appointments may be required to prepay in full for future bookings.

Well that’s a wrap for 2025 thank you to all my amazing customers for another year of support today was a full day with 18 grooms in one day … for the non believers yes that is correct this groomer put through 18 dogs in one day the first looking as good as the last … merry Christmas and happy new year to all !
