I cheated making my cleaver’s tincture. Instead of taking six weeks in a mason jar in the dark cupboard I infused raw chopped cleavers into 80 proof vodka and used my Ongrok machine at 130 Fahrenheit for eight hours. This is a lot of tincture and will last a long time! Score! Free medicine from Gaia. 😊

My lawn is mostly clover, plantain, dandelion, wild violets, and other w**ds that critters love to eat! And they love the birdseed almost as much as the birds! I got these pictures within a 20 minute period last night. Bunnies, chipmunks, squirrels, all enjoying the bird food. The squirrels love to tip it over. Then everybody enjoys it not just the birds lol!

Cleavers tincture and juice shot. Next time I will stick with the infusion and the tincture as the full clump of cleavers on the board only produced a small shot of cleaver juice! And my wheat grass juicer machine did not like it and kept reversing and spitting it back out lol! Bottoms up! Pulled medicinal Mallow yesterday and calming Motherwort will be next. Miracle medicine from my own backyard! Thank you, mother earth! stickywilly

I’m making a cold infusion, juicing and freezing some, making a tincture with some, and drying some to use for tea. Medicine from Gaia in my own backyard! Blessed…
Motherwort is next, once it’s flowering. Now the sticky w**d is all pulled I can sprinkle my zinnia and cosmos seeds! Perfect timing. Bees and butterflies love them and so do I!🐝🦋

The great thing about sprouting in a wide mouth mason jar is they are totally portable! I received three orders for fresh sprouts last week, but I was going away for the weekend. So I just put 2 tablespoons of seeds in each jar and threw them and some bowls in a box and went up north. Soaked them Friday night and here they are today! Except for the two jars we consumed. They will fill their jars by Thursday. Easy Peezy! Sprouts on the go! $5 per 50 grams. Mix and match.

Here I have sandwich booster, broccoli brassica blend, and spring salad mix. I’m focusing on broccoli sprouts to get the most sulphoraphane as possible! Look at all the benefits!

Sprouted Ezekiel sourdough flatbread is healthy and delicious! Here toasted and topped with melted cheese and fresh sprouts. Five simple ingredients, including sprouted lentils, mung beans, and wheat berries plus salt and sourdough. That’s it! In ancient times, they used to pour them on flat rocks in the sun and let them slowly bake that way. Yum!!!
