Incoming! Our friends at Fantastic Beasts Veterinary Services reached out to us about a dumped bunny found in rural Nanaimo. Meet Oatmeal.

Oatmeal was found alone and painfully skinny. Despite how humans have failed her, she remains as sweet as can be.

We're going to help her find the forever home she deserves, but first, we need to get her off the island. If you're travelling from Nanaimo to the Lower Mainland and can help transport her, we'd love to hear from you.

If transport isn't possible, we're also looking for a loving Vancouver Island foster home where Oatmeal can safely gain weight before her spay. We'd be endlessly grateful.

April was the busiest month in Little Rascals history thus far!! I was only able to fit about half the bunnies I’ve seen in April in this post 🤣. I truly have the best job and thank you all so much for supporting 🩷🩷🩷

Incoming - This lionhead boy was found wandering a trail in Langley. Nearby, an abandoned crate and bowl of food... White bunnies are especially vulnerable - sitting ducks for predators!!

So when a passerby spotted him, she rushed home to drop off her dogs so that they wouldn’t spook him away.

When she returned, she was ready for the great chase, but he simply hopped up to her and let himself be picked up. Safe. 🥹

He’s safe at our Richmond sanctuary and will be looking for a forever home after his upcoming neuter.

Thanks to Sandi, Lisa, and Bonnie for bringing this bun to safety. 🤍
