💬 Owner's Message: "My cat Oscar is missing — he was one of the 83 Persian-mixes rescued through the SPCA last year. Because of his background, he is extremely fearful and skittish. He is almost certainly hiding in a dark, concealed space in the immediate area.

LAST SEEN: Near Oben St and Vanness Ave at 10:20pm on September 7. Escaped from a 4th-floor balcony.

KEY DETAILS:
Breed/Look: Grey Persian (fluffy long coat, flt face)
Behaviour: Highly sensitive to noise and unfamiliar people. DO NOT CHASE, CORNER, OR CALL OUT LOUDLY. Pursuing him will cause him to bolt and hide.

If you spot him, do not try to grab him. Take a photo and text or call immediately with the location.
