A little update from Get Dirty Pet Gear ❤️
If you’ve noticed that things have been pretty quiet around here, you’re not imagining it. I’ve been away from social media since early July.
I’m still here, and Get Dirty isn’t going anywhere. Life outside of the shop has just needed a lot more of my attention lately. At the same time, I had gotten much further behind on orders than I was comfortable with, so I made the decision to step away from posting for a while, put my head down, get caught up, and give myself a little room to breathe.
I had hoped to start popping back up around here by now, but unfortunately this past week pulled me in several directions again, and I need a little more time.
The website is still open and I am still taking orders, but I want to be upfront that turnaround times may continue to be longer than usual for a while. If you need something by a specific date or you're in a rush, I may not be the best place to order from right now. I would much rather be honest about that than promise a timeline I may not be able to meet.
I also know I’ve been struggling to keep up with emails. If you’ve reached out and haven’t heard back from me, I haven’t intentionally ignored you. Getting through my inbox and responding to as many outstanding messages as possible is high on my list for this week.
There are some changes I’d like to make behind the scenes as I get things back on track, including working toward having more products made and ready to ship, rather than everything being dependent on my production queue.
So, no — Get Dirty hasn’t disappeared. ❤️ I’m still here, still making gear, still filling orders, and I’ll be back on your feeds. I just need a little more time to get there.
To everyone who has continued to order, waited patiently, sent kind messages, or simply stuck around while things have been quiet: thank you. Your patience and understanding have meant more than you probably realize.
