I do believe most owners when they tell me they brush their dog's hair. So many times the outter fur is brushed, but the inner layer is matted. I did the same to my poodles before I became a groomer and was shocked one had to be shaved down. Gotta get to the base of the hair with brushing 🐾

OH Sweet Bella ❤️ I've been grooming Bella for a few years now. She started coming to me with her big sister Charlea. Bella and Charlea were best buddies and Bella loved to be on the grooming table with her big sis. Of course I let her. Sadly Charlea crossed the rainbow bridge last year and it's been me and Bella solo for awhile.

Until today....Dakota (her new baby sis), came in for her first groom. Bella showed her the ropes and yes, had to be on the table with her as well. It's so wonderful to see this sweetheart with a new best sister. And Dakota, I already love you by proxy ❤️ You'll fill those previous giant paws just fine. 🌈❤️🐾
