A special delivery arrived for Georgia today! 📦🐾

With only a few weeks left until her puppies arrive, we’re starting to gather all the supplies we’ll need for whelping and those precious first weeks of life. Georgia was very interested in helping open the package, and of course Theo, Charlotte, and little Lainey had to come inspect everything too!

Each delivery brings us one step closer to meeting these sweet puppies. Watching the puppy cabinet slowly fill up with tiny blankets, supplies, and all the essentials makes everything feel so real. It’s such an exciting season of preparation, anticipation, and love.

The countdown is on, Mama Georgia. Your babies will be here before we know it. 🤎🐾

🍳 What Is Georgia Craving? 🐾

Everything! 😄

If you know Labradors, you know they don’t usually have an “off switch” when it comes to food—and Georgia is no exception! She happily reminds me at every meal (and snack!) that she’s always ready for a little something delicious.

Some of her favorite treats are eggs, dog biscuits, and of course, her puppy food!

As her puppies continue to grow, so do her nutritional needs. Her meals have increased by about ½ cup each day, and she’s now fully transitioned to a high-quality puppy diet to provide the extra calories and nutrients she and her growing babies need during these final weeks of pregnancy.

Even though she’d happily eat much more if I let her, I carefully measure every meal to keep her in ideal body condition for a healthy pregnancy and delivery.

💕 What do you think she’d choose if she could have one unlimited meal? Bacon? Steak? Eggs? Let us know your guess in the comments!

🌸 Mama Monday 🌸

Georgia is 43 days pregnant today… only 20 days until her due date! 🐾💛

We’ve officially entered the final trimester, and her puppies are growing so quickly! Georgia is now fully transitioned to puppy food and is enjoying three smaller meals a day, which are much easier on her tummy.

She is looking beautifully pregnant now with the sweetest baby bump, and it’s becoming so real! 🥹

We’ve started getting her whelping area ready. Her cozy bed is in place, her whelping pool will be set up soon, and the supply cabinet is quickly filling up. We even have more puppy essentials on the way from Amazon!

Now we’re eagerly waiting for one of the most magical milestones—seeing those tiny puppies move and feeling their little kicks. We can hardly wait to meet these precious babies! ❤️🐶

🌸 Mama Monday Update 🌸

Exciting news — the puppies are now officially fully formed fetuses and will be growing rapidly from here on out! Their tiny features, including paws, claws, and even whiskers, are beginning to emerge. 🐾

Mama Georgia is transitioning to puppy food to help support all of this incredible growth. She is absolutely glowing, feeling comfortable, and soaking up all the extra cuddles. 💕

Seeing her beautiful baby bump grow is making everything feel so real now, and we couldn’t be more excited. We are eagerly counting down the days until these precious babies arrive, with their due date set for July 12. 🐶❤️

July 12 can’t come soon enough! We are already so in love with these little ones. 🥰🐾

Mama Monday (a little late!) 🐾

I haven’t posted very much this week! Our internet box has been acting up and has finally given up, so we’ve been a little disconnected. We’re all doing well here though.

The weather has completely thrown me for a loop—so much rain and everything is incredibly green! We’ve had muddy pups, soggy walks, and more mosquitoes than I care to count. 🌧️🦟

In Georgia news, she had a bit of nausea last weekend, which is a good reminder that pregnancy is progressing along. This week I’m starting to notice a little tummy growing! She’s also been a bit clingy at times (not that I’m complaining about the extra cuddles ❤️), but overall she seems happy, comfortable, and very much herself.

We’re excited to see what the next few weeks bring as we continue following Georgia’s pregnancy journey. 🐾💕

Those puppy eyes!! Georgia’s sweet little girl Mavis recently celebrated a major milestone - her first birthday. 🥰. As the 9th puppy born and one of 4 little black females in the litter, she's truly one of a kind. Her mom proudly declares “Hey Judy, Alysha was telling me that you are not getting too many asks for black females. So we are sending pics of our beautiful Mavis! We love our sweet black Mavis, her coat is gorgeous like her Mama's but beyond that she is such a sweet, smart and loving girl. She is up for any adventure even if is being a good reading buddy. She is a wonderful addition to our family. She is so precious 🥰”
