Happy pride month y’all!! 🌈 Queerness is a part of my business because it’s a part of who I am. It’s love, patience, joy and understanding. It’s not about the parades, the parties, the clothes and colours- it’s about what we have these parades, these celebrations, these flags in spite of. Pride exists because safety still doesn’t for many members of our community, and bigotry continues to run rampant. I wish everyone a very safe, happy, and love filled pride month, and I can’t WAIT to see all the pups decked out in rainbows! 🌈 ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

My study buddies for the month of May! This month I’ve been working on obtaining my CCE certification- Certified Canine Esthetician. This course breaks down skin, coat and grooming products on a molecular level to help groomers better understand how to provide the best care for our canine clientele. The instructor Christein Sertzel said it best, “We (groomers and pet stylists) are often the first line of defence of a pet which is in pain or suffering… We are also an integral part of any pet’s caregiver system, and often a valuable bridge between the gaps that can happen between a pet owner and a pet medical professional.” I’ve been wanting to take this course for years and I’ve learned so much already!! I can’t wait to obtain my certification and put all my new knowledge to good use! 🎉 ABL baby Always Be Learnin😎

You know what they say, God gives his toughest battles to his strongest soldiers. Handsome Mr Benny Edwards, one of Todd’s siblings! 👽 For those that are new to following me, Todd’s litter was the first litter of puppies I fostered back in March of 2022. Their mom Lola had 9 puppies right here at home, and here is little Benny at almost 3 weeks old :)
