Frogs on the Rock

Been awhile since I posted these beauties. Their tank has been super overgrown and I finally did a trim so I can see them! Lots of calling from my group but I’ve never found eggs.

A really fun species! I see my group of 3 all the time! I’ve got nearly 20 tadpoles in the water and the first should be leaving the water in the next week or so

What. A. Unit. This female has put out over 40 eggs before, she might be pushing 50 in there right now 😂

One of my super cool subadults started calling (first photo) and I have a gorgeous suspected adult female (second photo) who I’ve paired him in order to try and prove them out! Super cool markings on these ‘Orange Blackfoot’ terribilis! They are ready for new leaves 🐸

This reticulata sat out at the front allowing me to observe it for a few minutes today, was a very nice surprise! They aren’t shy, but usually they move around a lot so usually I’m able to view them for bits at a time. Absolutely gorgeous frog! So small that it is difficult to take a photo of them with my phone camera.
