At 18 years young, Josie keeps the team at Acadia Veterinary Clinic on their toes. Whether she's demanding cuddles, supervising from a keyboard, or watching pigeons from the front window, she's a much-loved member of the Acadia family.
As cats age, grooming often becomes more difficult. Arthritis, reduced flexibility, and other age-related changes can make it harder for senior cats to keep themselves clean and comfortable. Regular grooming helps reduce shedding, maintain a healthy coat, and keep senior cats feeling their best.
Josie may be a shorthaired cat, but senior cats of all coat types can benefit from regular grooming and coat maintenance.
A huge thank you to Acadia Veterinary Clinic for collaborating with me on this educational series. Acadia Veterinary Clinic has been providing compassionate veterinary care to Saskatoon pets for over 40 years. Proudly locally owned, Dr. Higgins and her team are dedicated to treating every patient with the individualized care they deserve.
🐱 Because senior cats deserve to feel their best at every age.
