Well… it's been a BUSY 2 weeks!

Our “Beer & Cocktail” puppies had over 40,000 views overnight, and we received more applications than we could have ever imagined!

After countless applications, interviews, conversations and a whole lot of matchmaking, 17 of our 18 puppies now have amazing families! ❤️

Thank you to everyone who shared, applied, followed along and cheered these little guys on. You helped make this happen!

Are there any carpenters/contractors/handymen in the area (Lee Creek) that would be able to help with this project... "the puppy penthouse" will make a huge difference this winter!!

We can order this from rona, but are also open to any other ideas!!

Meet Ivy...

Smart, sweet & quick on her feet - her favourite place might just be sitting on yours!

She loves exploring and wants a companion to step with her, she is finding her limits and growing her comfort zone rapidly. She’ll tell ya when she’s not happy, being in a pen or kennel is something she doth protest to! When the door is open she doesn’t mind, or when someone is in the pen with her she winds down well.

She’s eager to go outside when nature calls or may look for a p*e pad, often seems to know where she needs to go & is learning well. She’s responsive when told “no” and learning fast. Don’t miss another day of this fluffy puppy phase if you see yourself walking with her through all of her days!

Lexi is a six-year-old Boxer/Heeler mix with a very sweet temperament. She is spayed and has her shots. She is loving, loyal, and gets along well with dogs, cats, and children. She enjoys long walks and hikes, chasing a ball, and exploring, and she is good both on and off leash. She does have some manageable care needs, including regular attention to her floppy ears due to previous ear infections and a lamb-based diet to manage her food allergies.

This decision is incredibly difficult because I love Lexi and she has done nothing wrong. My priority is making sure she ends up in a home where she is genuinely wanted, has consistent companionship, and can thrive long-term. I am asking for help finding that home before our current situation becomes a crisis.

We know we're setting the bar high, but that's what we do... We take in puppies and dogs that need us. Sometimes they need food, sometimes vet care, sometimes all they need is a loving foster... Phoenix needs more and we're on it!! (The surgeon is hoping he can fuse the bones into a functioning "post"... Aye Matey, our boy will be a pirate!!)

What we need is
1,500 dog loving people to donate $10
Or
750 people to donate $20...
Or
300 people to donate $50...

You get the idea!! When we break it down it seems less daunting!

Phoenix needs you!

He was born with a severe paw deformity. His paw looks almost like a claw, but his personality is every bit as big as his body.
He doesn't know he's different.
He doesn't know what surgery costs.
He just knows how to love. ❤️
Now, an expert veterinary surgeon believes we can hopefully rebuild his paw and give him a chance at a more comfortable future.
OUR GOAL: $15,000
That's a HUGE amount for a small rescue.
